Responsable de la implementación de actividades para el establecimiento del liderazgo científico de AstraZeneca. Esto incluye el desarrollo y la mejora de las relaciones profesionales con Profesionales de la Salud, desarrollando una comprensión científica profunda de las moléculas de AstraZeneca.

Identificar las oportunidades de generar datos clínicos locales en las áreas terapéuticas específicas y las barreras de confianza de los productos de AstraZeneca.

Conducir opiniones positivas para el valor científico y clínico de las moléculas de AstraZeneca para las necesidades de los pacientes.

Brindar educación médica y apoyo clínico a profesionales médicos, entrenar a equipos de ventas y participar en el desarrollo de la estrategia de marca. El puesto también puede estar involucrado en la revisión de los materiales del producto y la respuesta a consultas médicas.

**RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO**

**Enlace médico y científico externo**:
1. Construir, mejorar y mantener el compromiso con los líderes científicos de opinión (OLs)
- 60% de tiempo contactando HCPs y terceras partes externos a través del trabajo en el campo en todo el territorio y marcas.
- Identificar de forma proactiva a los HCP con altos níveles de experiência científica en la práctica local para colaborar en actividades específicas médicas y de marketing.
- Desarrollo e implementación del plan de participación de OL en colaboración con el Gerente Médico. Revisar con el Gerente Médico este plan cada trimestre y desarrollar un plan de visitas a OLs, esto incluye plan de visita / preparación previa a la visita con un objetivo claro de la visita, discusión de puntos clave para la visita, datos compartidos y discutidos con el OL.
- Desarrollar conocimientos científicos propios con datos locales para enriquecer el debate sobre en todos los aspectos clínicos, de una manera científica, objetiva y equilibrada a través de discusiones 1:1. Prepararse para tales interacciones como discusiones de grupos con pares.
- Proporcionar proactivamente actualizaciones científicas e información a OLs e identificar la relevancia de los datos para la comunidad científica.

2. Crear y mantener relaciones con terceras partes basadas en la confianza.
- Desarrollar una relación de AZ con terceras partes externas clave (por ejemplo, grupos de asociaciones de paciente, pagadores y sociedades médicas clave). Encontrar oportunidades para colaborar con tales terceras partes externas. Proporcionar apoyo científico en eventos de educación médica continua (CME) y a través de patrocinios/asociaciones médicas apropiadas.
- Actuar como experto científico en el (las) área (s) de enfermedad presentando actualizaciones terapéuticas a partes interesadas externas.

3. Iniciar programas o desarrollar proyectos científicos relacionados a las áreas terapéuticas prioritarias abarcando necesidades médicas insatisfechas.
- Trabajar con profesionales de la salud en actividades científicas que contribuyan a incrementar el conocimiento:

- Identificar y recomendar Líderes de Opinión para Advisory Boards.
- Identificar speakers potenciales y entrenarlos adecuadamente.
- Interactuar con la comunidad médica en el contexto de diferentes proyectos médicos, como ensayos clínicos, ESRs (propuesta de investigación científica externa), reuniones de intercambio científico.
- Involucrarse en LCM (life cicle management), como así también en los ESR y RWEs (estudios de evidencia de mundo real).
- Capacidad de entablar discusiones sobre estudios clínicos relacionadas a factibilidad y diseño del estudio.

**Soporte médico y científico a los clientes internos**

Funcionar como Experto científico en las áreas terapéuticas prioritarias para los clientes internos.
- Adquirir el suficiente conocimiento científico actualizado en el área terapéutica y moléculas relevantes.
- Proporcionar a los clientes internos información sobre la comunidad médica, práctica clínica, tendencias, necesidades de conocimiento o tratamiento médicos, información sobre la competencia.
- Proporcionar información actualizada sobre profesionales médicos realizando actividades de speakers, o en el contexto de proyectos médicos.
- Iniciar y realizar adecuados entrenamientos al staff de AstraZeneca y contribuir en su desarrollo sobre nuevos resultados de estudios clínicos y nuevas tendencias en la práctica médica del área terapéutica.
- Proporcionar información para el desarrollo de los Planes Médicos y de marcas de la compañía.
- Trabajar internamente como equipo cross functional en formulary listing.
- Proporcionar soporte científico para los eventos educativos en donde AstraZeneca actúe como Sponsor.
