A leading Digital Marketing Agency is looking to hire a Senior WordPress Web Developer, the main objective for this position is to lead and execute back-end development initiatives that enhance user experience, interface design, and the overall functionality of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Mockup: Transform design mockups into responsive HTML5, CSS3 templates
- ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Programming: Exhibit proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery to develop dynamic,
- interactive, and user-friendly website elements.
- WordPress Expertise: Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and modules
- from scratch. Ensure timely updates and patches are implemented for optimal performance.
- Gutenberg Development: Construct Gutenberg blocks for streamlined content creation and
- modification.
- Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain MySQL databases. Ensure data
- integrity, security, and optimal performance.
- API Integration: Seamlessly integrate sports-related APIs and other third-party services into
- the digital platforms, ensuring accurate data retrieval and display.
- Custom Post Types: Create and modify custom post types to expand content variety and
- improve website organization.
- Hosting Management: Understand and manage various hosting solutions, ensuring
- maximum uptime, swift load times, and optimal site performance.
- REST API: Utilize REST APIs for the development of mobile apps and third-party platform
- integrations.
- AI Bots Development: Engineer and deploy AI-driven bots for improved user engagement
- and enhanced website functionalities.
- Responsive Design: Ensure all elements of the website are mobile-responsive and render
- correctly across all devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, content creators, and other stakeholders to
- align website development with the broader business goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, bringing
- innovative ideas to the table, and constantly enhancing the user experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in WordPress development and customizations.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and
- jQuery.
- Experience with database design and management using MySQL.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in responsive design and user experience.
- Proven track record in API integrations and the creation of AI-driven web functionalities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
