We’re looking for an exceptional Prodsmart Implementation Advisor, ideally, with manufacturing experience to play a leading role within our sales team, delivering the world’s latest manufacturing technologies to our customers. We’re looking for an individual who can build and foster positive and constructive relationships with some of industry’s most influential product design & manufacturing companies to implement modern methodologies and processes, particularly related to the use and adoption of cloud-based tools.
As a Prodsmart Implementation Advisor on the team, you will fill a key role in ensuring our most important prospects and customers have a high-quality sales experience. You will lead technical validation via assisted trial and post-sale implementation of Prodsmart for our customers, clearly articulating and demonstrating the benefits customers can gain from the use of Autodesk’s cloud-based MES.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work alongside Sales as the ultimate product expert- Thoroughly understand all aspects of Prodsmart to explain the technology to all types of users- Successfully lead customers through an assisted trial of Prodsmart and subsequent implementation during their first 30 days as a customer- Develop and manage deep relationships with customers to drive adoption of Prodsmart-
- Represent Autodesk and its leading customers through the delivery of articles, presentations, demonstrations- Leverage modern communication channels (blogs, social media, etc.) as required to communicate to customers and with the wider design and development community- Deliver feedback to marketing & product development to drive improvements in our offerings and strategy
Minimum Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing, sales, or consultant role- Exceptional communication skills in English /B2 minimum required (additional languages are a plus)- Strong persuasion, organization and relationship building skills- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives, business leaders, and end users. You’ll need to be a great storyteller and effortlessly adapt your communication style depending on the audience- Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at once and be at ease leading and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority- Highly motivated with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with design- Creativity, fresh thinking, and a willingness to learn- An ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts in simply understood terms- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications-
- Manufacturing background- Experience with MES/ERP software
