Microsoft 365 FastTrack:
**Responsibilities**:
The FastTrack Engineer (FE) serves as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and project governance capabilities. The FE will continually grow, learn, and provide technical deployment guidance and best practices to help FTC customers adopt the modern workplace. By establishing strong working relationships with customers, partners, and internal support teams the FE will help customers overcome hesitancy and move forward by addressing technical and business blockers as their trusted advisor.

Technical Advisor:

- Demonstrate working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Deliver technical guidance based on Microsoft best practices.
- Help customers reduce deployment and onboarding time.
- Help customers increase Microsoft 365 service consumption.

Planning Organizing & Executing:

- Collaborate across multiple with internal teams to drive deployment efforts with customers.
- Guide customer teams and drive the use of Microsoft best practice.

Customer Focus, Customer Value Realization & Drive for results
- Provide consultancy and function as business value advisers to customers.
- Delivery excellence exhibiting adaptability through change ensuring a high standard of Data Quality.
- Persuasive communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and priorities with customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries.

**Qualifications**:
Required
- 2 to 5 year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field

AND 0 to 3 year(s) technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
- Experience working in a customer facing environment and strong technical delivery skills
- English & Portuguese language required

Preferred
- Microsoft Technology Certifications
- Experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, migrations, and technology management
- Onboarding/Deployment/ Migration experience with:

- Exchange
- OneDrive/ SharePoint
- M365 Apps
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365 Networking Principles
- Identity and Authentication
- Security and Compliance
