As part of our continuing expansion into offering security products as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based product offerings, we are looking for customer-facing systems reliability engineers. In this position, you will leverage your AWS and IAM experience to help drive direct value for customers of our SaaS-based identity and access management products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct tier two/three product support to customers for identity and access management technologies. This includes both AWS infrastructure and product configuration/function responsibilities.
- Drive root cause analysis and remediation during any disruption of services and improve the organization's day-to-day operations using validated problem-solving analysis methodology and tracking all elements of the RCA to closure.
- Identify and follow key IAM trends and emerging technologies that can enhance or impact the solution architecture to drive efficiency.
- Participate in discussions on building secure, resilient, and cloud-ready solutions based on multi-tenancy architecture, cloud-native development, etc.
- Maintenance, ensure up time, security, product patches and infrastructure patches for CyberRes SaaS cloud server

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or cloud-focused certifications in combination with four years relevant industry experience
- 4+ years experience with similar roles building environments
- 1-4 years of experience in the following:

- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud
- Linux or Windows Administration System Administration
- DevOPs tools and environments like Jenkins, Git, Terraforms
- Aurora/PostGres database
- Advanced English Level

**Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Plus)**:

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts/technologies
- Proficient with scripting languages like Python, Shell, Bash
- Experience/knowledge in Terraform, Cloud Formation and packer (big plus).
- Experience with compliance programs and frameworks such as NIST, CIS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP/FISMA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
