**What you'll do**
- Drive the design, implementation, and adoption of internal APIs
- Work with SQL databases and collaborate with the data team
- Champion best practices in software development and Agile methodologies
- Build software using test-driven development, with an eye for good design patterns
- Collaborate heavily with Product Management, Analytics, and Salesforce team members as well as the executive leadership team
- Cultivate empathy with stakeholders to help realize and deliver the optimal UIX
- Mentor junior members of the engineering team

**What we are looking for**:

- You're proficient in web stack programming, from schema design to building user-facing interfaces
- You hold a sense of urgency with delivering value to our customers and ensuring product requirements are met each sprint
- You have built software on a cloud computing platform like AWS / Azure using CI/CD pipelines
- You have worked with and maintained SQL relational databases
- You are comfortable learning and working in any part of the stack, from building and styling React components to designing and deploying NodeJS APIs
- You have collaborated with engineers through Git Version control and peer reviews
- You have written technical documentation and can work effectively in a hybrid environment
- You possess at least 6 years of software engineering experience
- You have great communication skills, and ability to understand and convert business requirements to technical requirements
- You are solution oriented attitude when collaborating with stakeholders
