Descripción del Puesto

Como ingeniero senior de desarrollo frontend, serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener interfaces frontend de alta calidad, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo backend para garantizar el rendimiento general del sistema y la experiência del usuario. Tendrás la oportunidad de participar en todas las etapas del proyecto y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para impulsar la innovación y la optimización del producto.

**Responsabilidades**:
Diseñar y desarrollar interfaces frontend receptivas y de alto rendimiento, asegurando la compatibilidad entre navegadores y dispositivos.

Utilizar herramientas y tecnologías modernas de desarrollo frontend como Node.js, para construir un código mantenible y escalable.

Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de diseño para convertir los prototipos de diseño en interfaces de usuario interactivas.

Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo backend para integrar las interfaces frontend con los servicios backend.

Optimizar el rendimiento frontend y abordar cualquier problema o desafío que surja.

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura o equivalente en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado.

Al menos 3 años de experiência en desarrollo frontend, con un dominio de HTML, CSS y JavaScript.

Dominio de al menos uno de los principales frameworks frontend como React, styled component, next, entre otros.

Experiência con Node.js y herramientas relacionadas, con experiência en desarrollo backend como un plus.

Comprensión profunda de la experiência del usuario y el diseño de interfaces, capaz de traducir conceptos de diseño en aplicaciones prácticas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Habilidades Adicionales

Experiência en liderazgo técnico en proyectos o equipos a gran escala.

Experiência en desarrollo móvil, con conocimientos de React Native u otros frameworks de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles multiplataforma.

Conocimientos profundos sobre optimización de rendimiento y seguridad frontend.
