Conduct analysis to establish competitive compensation program development and provide compensation guidance to HR, other departments and business leadership to accomplish objectives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform moderately complex analysis (e.g., incumbent analysis) and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Create job profiles and evaluate benchmarking data
- Collaborate in special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
- Resolve issues and response to inquiries to compensation programs (e.g., Pay Review, Heart)
- Other duties assigned by Management

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of work experience, required.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and related compensation data management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills
- Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of EW policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to global compensation
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to assess risks, analyze situations and determine next course of action
- Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and assigned client group(s), and representing the organization on specific projects
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental H
- Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
