JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing high-level, as well as detailed, quantitative and qualitative analytical support, including planning, reporting and specific project analysis. This position will support the Operations and other areas, as well as providing assistance to the Corporate Forecast, Planning, and Analysis Group. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Performs financial analyses for Margin and Inventory reviews, forecasting, budgeting and/or long range (strategic) planning. Analyzes, identifies, and communicates trends and issues impacting the business on an ongoing basis and make recommendations. Supports the FP&A Team with financial reporting, analysis, forecast, budget, and special project responsibilities Provides financial modeling support, financial perspective, and resolution of financial issue to Operations and other functional areas as needed. Converts financial analysis to effective reports to help management understand business performance and guide decision making. Creates various business models and tools to drive business results. Leads planning and execution of the forecast process, works cross-functionally and cross-geographies to gather forecast information, compiles and analyzes forecast information, develops recommendations for improved financial performance, completes the forecast process, and prepares final reports and communication materials. **Requisitos**:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered. Experience and Requirements Minimum 5 years experience Some experience in Manufacturing SAP English B2 (must) Adaptive (plus) Skills Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting principles. Effective organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi task, work in an independent manner and seek assistance as needed. Proven ability to interpret complex financial information and deliver conclusions and recommendations based on financial analysis. Understanding of financial analysis techniques, general accounting principles, and cost accounting principles. Strong analytical, spreadsheet and modeling skills. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Proven ability to develop complex financial models. Excellent analytical skills. Effective leadership skills with proven ability to lead processes Professional approach to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of corporate management. Skilled at working with financial accounting systems such as SAP; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI Fluent in English PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
