The Finance Transformation UAT Analyst is a developing professional role. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of Finance products, Systems Flow and standards and practices in industry. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the project. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define and coordinate the UAT plan with Product Processor(s) assigned to be validated according to Product account Template definitions and attributes defined for granularity required.
- Assure UAT execution plan defined for Product Processor assigned and escalate to manager as required.
- Participate in defects meetings defined at country program level or schedule meetings with Product Processor teams in order to monitor solutions are correctly implemented
- Collect, measure and analyze project management data. Identify, track and close project issues.
- Ensure creation of project scope plan and creation of project schedule.
- Create the project quality management plan, identify quality standards and metrics to measure achievement of these standards.
- Identify project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Understanding of Banking & Finance products and markets is preferable
- Projects Experience
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Intermediate MS Excel. Power BI, Microsoft Access is a plus
