The ServiceNow Developer must have experience in Information Technology Service Management and Information Technology Business Management. Experience working on projects with ServiceNow platform. Overall, the developer should have technical abilities, a good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and experience in management of the tool.

**Location/Division** - Mexico, Tijuana Corporate Offices

**What will you do?**
- Ability to capture and analyze business requirements and document technical solution.
- Successfully plan, implement, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects.

**How will you get here?**

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering preferred or equivalent experience required.

**Experience**
- 1+ years of experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change and Release Management.
- Experienced with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policy, Client Scripts and Notifications.
- Works with Platform and Project Management teams to ensure improvements are delivered completely, accurately, and timely.
- Experience in implementation of Service Portal with good knowledge of AngularJS.
