**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Responsabilities**:

- Work as part of an agile team
- Collaboration with the Customer Support team to assist in troubleshooting field issues
- Demonstrate solid conceptual and technical skills as you troubleshoot QRadar
- Ability to adapt to new and existing technologies quickly
- Collaboration with other development teams to ensure a quality product

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years experience in developing object oriented software
- 5+ years experience in Java
- Experience with Unix based operating systems and computer networking protocols and principles
- Knowledge of design patterns and data structures
- Experience with regular expressions, git and REST APIs
- English fluency

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience using Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices and methodologies
- Experience with scripting languages (perl, python, bash)
- Network Security
- Cloud Computing
- Performance Engineering
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Commitment to client success, and a willingness to dive in and learn as you go will make a person successful in this role.
