Supporting small moves/office renovations and miscellaneous administration.
- Maintain database on soft services such as office, pantry and housekeeping supplies inventory, monitoring and timely requests on re-stocking
- Assist with detailed floor inspections on a routine basis.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to fellow members of the organization
- Support during client visit
- Ensure the facility meets health and safety requirements and that equipment complies with legislation and company standards
- Handles contractor and ensure to maintain office equipment ; create 52 weeks calendar of maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of office premises
- Manage meeting room reservations
- Control energy saving and lower utilities consumption, account for charges involving repairs and maintenance
- Assist and coordinate with site engagement activities
- Deal with employee request regarding facilities and admin services
- Issuance of ID, Locker, Headset, and securing clearance of employees
- Create health and safety awareness among employees
- Monitor and sign DTR of contractors (HK, Security etc)
- Update internal contact information and emergency details
- Arrange emergency evacuation drill

**Qualifications**:

- Good interpersonal skills
- With at least 1 year of work experience in Admin
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in using computers and software
- Amenable to work onsite in a shifting schedule and during holidays.
