**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Strategic Development Manager to spearhead cross-functional initiatives, providing expert guidance to cultivate and implement capabilities, processes, and policies. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving and executing key strategic endeavors from inception to realization. Your adept leadership will steer the organization's overarching processes, empowering executive decision-making through insightful analysis, synthesis, and actionable recommendations. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a blend of strategic acumen, program management expertise, relationship-building skills, and business analysis proficiency. This business planner will be supporting NA and LATAM Field and Channel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Oversight and Leadership: Define and orchestrate the rhythm of business, fostering executive engagement, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders and peer groups for transparent planning and governance.
- Priority Setting and Governance: Lead the organization's priority setting process, establishing performance metrics and facilitating regular progress reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across relevant projects, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment on crucial initiatives.
- Deliverable Ownership and Management: Take charge of all cross-functional deliverables and presentations, ensuring a disciplined approach to preparation, development, and review processes.
- Advisor and Troubleshooter: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing support and troubleshooting assistance to enable strategic focus on business growth and development.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and requirements to drive organizational success.
- Team Facilitation and Alignment: Create an environment of effective teamwork through facilitation of staff meetings and close collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Executive Communications: Provide support for executive communications, drafting announcements and messages to ensure clarity and alignment within the organization.
- Employee Engagement Enhancement: Proactively monitor and analyze employee feedback to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through targeted action plans.
- Confidential Liaison and Advisor: Handle highly confidential information and act as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external constituencies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Strategic Planning and Efficiency Improvement: Drive strategic planning, cost-saving initiatives, and operational efficiency improvements to optimize organizational performance.
- Cross-Functional Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to identify and implement measures to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.

**Education and Experience Required**:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in related discipline preferred

10+ years’ experience in a diverse range of business functions in a high-tech environment

- Confidentiality and Liaison: Demonstrates discretion in handling confidential information and acts as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Thought Partnership: Engages as a strategic partner in planning and execution, challenging conventional wisdom and presenting persuasive business cases for alternative approaches.
- Proficiency in Presentation Tools: Possesses advanced proficiency in presentation tools, adept at crafting engaging and impactful presentations to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
