**Tu rol en Baxter**:
Coordinar, dar seguimiento y continuamente mejorar los siguientes procesos:

- Exportación o importación de producto terminado y materias primas.
- El envío de Courier.
- El pago de Facturas por servicios logísticos.
- Seguimiento de la liberación de lotes de producto terminado, su esterilización, facturación y exportación.
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento aduanal.
- Proyecciones financieras y control del gasto de las cuentas relacionadas a su operación.
- Supervisión del área de almacén de producto terminado o recibo.
- Asegurar el correcto movimiento de cargas de exportación o importación.

**Lo que realizarás**:

- Ejecutar y controlar la correcta ejecución de los procesos de exportación o importación de la compañía, así como el adecuado manejo de los trámites necesarios en los sistemas de calidad, financieros, aduanales y gubernamentales aplicables.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de todos los procesos de exportación en cuanto a regulaciones de calidad, aduanales, de EHS, financieras, SOX, CTPAT, gubernamentales y de comercio exterior.
- Coordinar y ejecutar la comunicación interna y externa de los procesos de exportación o importación asegurando cumplir con los requerimientos y expectativas de la organización, suplidores de servicios logísticos y organizaciones gubernamentales.
- Coordinar y ejecutar el seguimiento logístico de todas las cargas de exportación o importación de la empresa, así como procesos de subcontratación realizados en el país según las regulaciones aplicables.
- Buscar activamente, coordinar y ejecutar procesos de mejora continua en las exportaciones o importaciones de la compañía, en busca de la mejora de las condiciones productivas y reducción de costos en los procesos.
- Velar por que el flujo de cargas de exportación o importación se realicen de acuerdo con los tiempos esperados.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos para la localización y traslado de materiales.
- Velar por el buen clima organizacional en todas las áreas bajo su responsabilidad, impulsando la comunicación abierta, motivación, el trabajo en equipo y desarrollo de sus reportes directos. Supervisar y asegurar que las personas que se mantienen a su cargo tengan las herramientas y se desempeñen de acuerdo con lo esperado en la compañía.
- Dar seguimiento y estimar gastos financieros de sus áreas de responsabilidad con el fin asegurar el cumplimiento deseado.

**Lo que aportarás**
- Ingenieria Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales o carrera a fin.
- Manejo del idioma inglés intermedio, mínimo (B2).
- Experiência con manejo de personal.
- Conocimiento de equipos de almacén, montacargas, apiladores, carretillas eléctricas.

**Deseables**:

- Experiência en ambientes de manufactura de dispositivos médicos.
- Conocimiento de herramientas lean.
- Conocimiento de manejo de proyectos.
