Nuestras Especialistas en spa hacen un papel importante prestando apoyo a varios aspectos fundamentales del spa. En nuestros hoteles estos empleados trabajan para crear una experiência inolvidable e única - con los servicios del spa al lado. Nuestras Especialistas en spa toman la iniciativa y entregan una amplia gama de servicios asegurándose que los huéspedes disfruten de su experiência. Si es promover los servicios del spa o ventas al por menor, programación de reservas y confirmación de citas, contestación de preguntas acerca de los servicios, inscripción de huéspedes, o proceso de pagos, la Especialista en spa logra que estas transacciones forman parte positiva de la experiência.

No importa cuál sea su puesto, hay una serie de cosas fundamentales que apoyan el éxito-crear un espacio de trabajo seguro; seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, mantener los estándares de calidad y asegurarse de que su uniforme, apariencia personal y comunicación sean profesionales en todo momento. La Especialista en spa estará siempre en marcha (se pone de pie, se sienta, anda durante largos ratos sobre superficies irregulares y resbaladizos); tomando un papel activo, (se debe poder moverse, levantar, empujar, tirar, y colocar objetos sin ayuda que pesen menos o igual a 10 libras y 25 libras con ayuda; llegar arriba y debajo de las rodillas, flexionar, torcer, tirar y agachar). Haciendo todas las tareas de la mejor manera (y otras tareas razonables solicitadas), es crítico que las Especialistas en spa hagan bien las cosas para los huéspedes y el negocio cada vez.
