5 Technician daily management, Daily communication with GC QAQC Team and coordine QAQC test with Commissioning techs including the coordination for QAQC activities on weekends Supervise documentation from QAQC findings during the daily inspections Document and supervise all the QAQC findings recopilated during the QAQC test with GC, Ensure every finding or gap it’s documented in punchlist tracker Participate in the weekly Project inspections/ Project meetings Incharge of commissioning and QAQC and SPOC for small projects( Amentum and any other non FCE construction Project at site) Run the room readiness checklist Establishing a good internal working relationship with project personnel at all levels to ensure the effective and efficient completion of all quality related activities and verify both the organizations and customer’s quality requirements are clearly understood and communicated Support and champion the development and maintenance of a ‘Right First Time’ approach to project execution and promote a safety culture across the project and throughout the project. Conducting quality compliance checks against ISO and regulatory standards, regular audits/surveillance inspections on project activity both on-site and across the full depth and breadth of the project supply chain Ensure lessons learned are captured and guidance notes produced and distributed across the project and wider organization and customer network; lessons learned will address both positive and negative learning opportunities Manage the capture, collation and reporting of quality related KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and provide input as instructed to monthly and ad-hoc management reports Review project quality performance on an ongoing basis seeking opportunities for the delivery of continuous improvements
