**Misión del puesto**:

- Implementar todas las actividades de marketing dentro de Retail en su área
geográfica, visitando hasta 6 tiendas cada día según la segmentación de
tiendas definida y el nível de servicio.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación de la comercialización y el enfoque de ventas
hacia los consumidores potenciales para aumentar la venta de los productos
Whirlpool.
- Influir (usando capacitación y habilidades de relación) en los representantes
de ventas de la tienda para que prefieran Whirlpool como la primera
recomendación para el cliente de la tienda.
- Además, es responsable de recopilar información básica mediante el uso de
encuestas / formularios predefinidos para alimentar una base de datos de BI.
- Actúe dentro del comercio minorista o un grupo de minoristas (tiempo
completo, tiempo parcial), según la Clasificación de minoristas.
- Detectar nuevas tiendas en el área geográfica para agregar a la base de datos
de la tienda.

**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Negociar los puntos calientes dentro del comercio minorista, la colocación y el
mantenimiento de material POP, incluidas las ocasiones estacionales en las
que asignaremos representantes de ventas estacionales para mejorar la venta
de productos.
- Apoye a la fuerza de ventas minorista en el conocimiento del producto
mediante demostraciones básicas de productos y responda preguntas básicas
sobre las características clave del producto.
- Establezca una relación sólida y de confianza con los minoristas, el personal de
las tiendas y los distribuidores.
- Responsable del control de stock en las tiendas atendidas para brindar la
correcta disponibilidad de nuestros productos.
- Enfoque de ventas proactivo hacia consumidores potenciales.
- Reunir información básica del mercado del comercio minorista mediante
encuestas predefinidas y otros formularios.
- Informar las actividades de la competencia y el desarrollo de ventas a
Whirlpool a través de un informe predefinido.
- Identificar las necesidades del consumidor y otras oportunidades para
Whirlpool (por ejemplo, capacitación).

**Requisitos**:

- Informe de volumen / valor de ventas de Whirlpool
- Métricas minoristas en la tienda
- Supervisión directa e indirecta (lista de verificación de rendimiento de PDV)
