**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
- Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
- Participates in daily Tier Management.
- Coaches Teams on day to day problem solving.
- Performs studies to diagram and evaluate existing processes.
- May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering industrial or related.
- Requires 1 year of relevant experience oh 1 year as an intern in Engineering is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
- Fluent in English and Spanish communication ( B2+ - B2).

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with policy deployment and tier management.
- Lean Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA).
- Six Sigma tools and certification.
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
