**IT BUSINESS ANALYST (COSTA RICA/MEXICO/URUGUAY)**

Este rol profesional esta? enfocado en la Consultori?a funcional de CRM, responsable de la administracio?n e implementacio?n regional de CRM. Trabajara? en estrecha colaboracio?n con los stakeholders para comprender los requisitos y necesidades comerciales de la organizacio?n. Lograr soluciones optimas automatizando los procesos comerciales y de marketing, generando valor al a?rea ventas y la organizacio?n a trave?s de inteligencia de negocios y reporteri?a.

**RESPONSIBILIDADES**:

- Administrar a nível regional la herramienta Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) en el entorno de Customer Engagement, velando por la estabilidad de la aplicacio?n y su buen funcionamiento.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboracio?n con los stakeholders.
- Ejecutar talleres de disen?o, descubrimiento y capacitacio?n por implementacio?n de nuevas funcionalidades o procesos o actualizacio?n de conocimientos.
- Disen?ar soluciones de Dynamics 365 Sales mediante la configuracio?n.
- Responsable de implementar Dynamics 365 Sales y los mo?dulos en Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Resolver y diagnosticar problemas.
- Identificar, disen?ar, construir, probar e implementar soluciones relacionadas a

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, asegurando y manteniendo la calidad.
- Responsable de la gobernanza del CRM a nível regional, y con ello aplicar buenas pra?cticas y normas esta?ndares existentes en cuanto al disen?o de soluciones funcionales de sistemas, siguiendo siempre las poli?ticas de la compan?i?a, asi? como las reglas de segregacio?n de funciones.
- Alto grado de conocimiento en la arquitectura funcional de soluciones en donde intervengan

diferentes aplicaciones.
- Alto grado de destreza en la realizacio?n de documentacio?n de especificaciones funcionales.
- Responsable de garantizar el proceso adecuado de control de calidad y pruebas UAT sobre nuevo requerimiento previo a publicar en produccio?n.
- Apoyar en los cierres mensuales de las OpCos previa coordinacio?n con su jefe a cargo y en horarios a convenir.
- Contribuye a completar los hitos asociados con proyectos especi?ficos.
- Disponibilidad de viajes al exterior a las diferentes OpCos cuando se amerite, acorde a los itinerarios de las aeroli?neas ae?reas y a la asignacio?n de agendas.

**CALIFICACIONES**:

- Mi?nimo Bachillerato Universitario en Ingenieri?a en Computacio?n e informa?tica/Industrial o carrera a fin/Administrador de empresas/Ventas/Marketing.
- Mi?nimo 4 an?os de experiência en consultori?a y/o administracio?n funcional de CRM (Preferiblemente Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Engagement).
- Experiência en implementaciones y administracio?n de CRM.
- Experiência trabajando con metodologi?a Agile.
- Certificaciones de Microsoft en plataformas y productos relacionados (Plus).
- Manejo de los paquetes (Power BI, CPQ, Project) (Plus).

**HABILIDADES**:

- Habilidades avanzadas de comunicacio?n (escrita y verbal) constante con altos ejecutivos de la compan?i?a incluyendo gerentes, directores y C-level en espan?ol e ingle?s.
- Habilidad para levantar requerimientos, asesorar y apoyar al cliente interno en las necesidades que se planteen.
- Capacidad para crear documentos de especificaciones funcionales y de requerimientos, en un lenguaje funcional adecuado para un departamento te?cnico.
- Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente o autodirigido.
- Habilidades de administracio?n de proyectos y priorizar mu?ltiples tareas y proyectos.
- Modificar y ejecutar planes de proyectos complejos y participar en la implementacio?n del plan con poca direccio?n
- Habilidad de dirigir reuniones relacionadas al puesto o bien de otros temas con la capacidad de realizar anotaciones y seguimiento.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacio?n verbal y escrita, capacidad de escuchar atentamente y expresar ideas de forma clara y concisa
- Habilidad para dar entrenamientos y hacerse entender fa?cilmente
- Habilidad para el trabajo colaborativo, delegando y dando trazabilidad a las actividades con recursos internos y/o externos de la organizacio?n.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Realiza investigaciones sobre mejores pra?cticas y tiene la capacidad de documentar adecuadamente las soluciones creadas.
- Posee la capacidad de reconocer situaciones de conflicto y resolverlas; escalar las que no se pueden resolver.
- Posee la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo acelerado y cambiante.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presio?n manteniendo siempre el adecuado auto control en momentos de estre?s que pueda provocar sus actividades diarias o relaciones con usuarios finales.
- Tener una disposicio?n permanente y comprometida al trabajo en equipo.
