Develops and delivers designated training programs for TD SYNNEX sales personnel. Assesses, recommends, develops and/or sources needed training courses, materials, and activities. Provides one-on-one and group coaching of sales personnel to achieve assigned quotas by demonstrating mastery in the areas of (but not limited to) account management, account development, negotiation and objection handling, business partner special pricing programs, time management and effective outbound campaigns. Effectively identifies individual coaching needs and develops and implements coaching plans.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:

**Program Development/Implementation**:
Develops and/or sources specialized training programs as needed.

Performs ongoing review and updating of existing designated training programs and materials.

**Program Evaluation**:
Evaluates the effectiveness of programs delivered through various established measurement methods such as surveys, training skills attainment and management development

Continuously assesses, through personal observation and established reporting, the coaching needs of the division

Develops and implements coaching plans for all level of sales personnel

Assists in the development, communication and measurement of divisional performance expectations including, but not limited to, assigned quotas, call coaching and call handling

Identifies and coaches best practices to a consistent performance level in the areas of time management, account management and planning, call planning, call coaching and order management

Coaches to a consistent performance level the usage of the

Sales Portal, daily team huddles, and team development plans

Acts as the single point of accountability for the management of coaching programs and divisional training initiatives

Actively participates in continuous process improvement activities

Performs other additional duties as assigned.

**Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements**:
Previous sales training experience

Internal 4 year college degree from a regionally accredited university plus 1 year relevant experience, or; 2 years college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 2 years relevant experience, or; 4 or more years relevant experience

External 4 year college degree from a regionally accredited university, or 2 years college completed at a regionally accredited university (48 credit hours) plus 4 years relevant experience, or 8 or more years relevant experience

Language: 100% proficiency in English

**Additional Education/Previous Experience Recommendations**:
Instructional design experience preferred
