The Small, Medium, and Corporate team helps businesses achieve their digital transformation and business goals by helping customers with Microsoft solutions and partners. Located in either a Digital Sales center, or a local subsidiary, you will help our managed and scale customers across industries, company sizes and territories to identify their needs and opportunities using the latest in digital selling technology including big data and analytics.

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate cloud solution architect with hands-on implementation experience in Data and Analytics space, covering one or more of the following:
- Cloud Data Analytics
- Data Modernization
- Data Warehousing
- Artificial Intelligence (including ML and Cognitive Services)
- Business Intelligence
- Data Governance
Practical knowledge of the technologies and products in your area of expertise, hands-on experience with solution delivery is a must.

**Responsibilities**:
- Scale Customer Engagements - Proactively engages with, reaches out to, and coaches and enables team to identify and proactively engage with key customer technical decision makers and influencers. Anticipates industry trends and utilizes information on customer business, industry, needs, and key priorities to position organization to deliver architectures that account for changing industry landscapes across multiple accounts. Keeps up to date with customer information, industry and market trends, and compliance regulations.
- Scale Through Partners - Maximizes subsidiary level capacity and capabilities of scaling through partners by coaching team to grow partner network, identifying gaps, and promoting the partner within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., account teams). Raises escalations or alleviates blockers through collaboration with manager-level counterparts in cross-functional groups.
- Architecture Design and Deployment - Drives validation of pilots, proof of concept (POC), and value (e.g., optimizing solutions and costs) across multiple accounts to prove the proposed architecture designs by ensuring that the conditions for success are in place. Ensures that pilots executed by team are rooted in business impact.
- Driving Customer Success - Builds customer timelines in conjunction with partners, establishes measurement of value, demonstrates ability to accelerate the customer's time-to-value, and drive the customer's digital transformation initiative. Contributes to alignment of multiple engagement plans.
- Technical Leadership - Shares ideas, insight, and strategic-technical input with team members with senior (e.g., C-level) leaders. Provides thought leadership by providing deep insight and driving critical decisions that impact Microsoft and the industry. Leads teams across boundaries and actively pursues opportunities that grow impact and capabilities of the broader organization.
**Qualifications**:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- OR relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 5+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Deep domain expertise in one of the Data-specific areas, such as SQL Server, deployments and migrations to the cloud, Open-source database deployments and migrations, Cloud Scale Analytics, Data Governance, etc., at a proficient level.
- Advanced written and oral English level.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or related field AND 9+ years technical architect, consulting, design, and implementation, and/or sales experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience with cloud-based solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
