**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A PAYROLL INTERN**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern

**FUNCTION**: Human Resources

**SALARY RANGE**:Subsídio ₵220.000 + Work from home option + Monday to Friday Schedule + Possibility to extend internship

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of DBS - GBS HR. The role is responsible for generating reports, dispatching service support requests, payslips, fill out process documentation, and provide support to the payroll team.

**Reports to**:Payroll Team Leader

**Reporting Level**:Junior Management

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Comply the process important metrics.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, on the daily bases.
- Proactive and looking for areas to help and support daily tasks.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
- Insurance Policy Expedited by INS.
- Active student certificate.
- English (Intermediate or Advanced).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
