Knowledge / Education
- Minimum education required to perform duties: High school completed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish - A2 English level.
- Basic knowledge on ISO 9001, 17025 & 13485. Knowledge on CRF 820 CGMPs
- Knowledge as Auditor
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, ms project)

Job Experience
- From 0 to 2 year work experience in manufacturing or quality environment.
- At least one year in current position.
- No disciplinary actions of less than three months

**Responsibilities**:

- Support of tracking supplier Audit System Responsibility & Leadership
- Provide support on any Supplier Issue found in the facilities (Corrective and Preventive System)
- Support on drafting of supplier audit reports and audit documentation (establishing non-conformities and observations)
- Support changes of the Quality System documentation
- Work with Supplier Quality Engineer, help organize and prepare metrics for the area such as weekly reports, Lot acceptance, Qty of scars etc.
- Follow up with Supplier in regards supplier issues, supplier assessment, and supplier management.
- Keep supplier files complete and organized according with procedures.
- Provide support to Customer Audits
- Support Internal and External Audit System
- Maintain effective working relations, communications and feedback with all other departments.
- Participate in production meetings when applicable to support any supplier issue found in the production activities.
- Support reviewing document change orders (DCOs) and associated evaluation activities.
- Support supplier rating system evaluation (Scorecards)
- Prepare and update quality documents and any applicable documentation required
- Performs other duties, tasks, or projects at the direction of the immediate supervisor or other teammates.
