**Better requires process, discipline and simplification**

For this position you will need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or previous working experience in instructional design or training and development for 2+ years, proficiency in course development software (Articulate Storyline 360 or similar), experience in using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and/or using Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically uploading, testing, and troubleshooting content

Familiarity with technology and best practices in the e-learning field is desired. You will need to be an English proficient speaker(C1-83%).
