Communications Coordinator

**Red Nucleus is hiring a **Communications Coordinator to join our global team **This role is based out of our San José, Costa Rica office.**

**How You Will Contribute**

The** Communications Coordinator** is responsible for supporting internal communications across multiple business units, including Corporate Services, HR, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Business Leaders within Red Nucleus' divisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports communications initiatives and efforts across the organization with creative content, messaging, and program management
- Copy, edit, proof, and revise communications as requested
- Support internal communications for all Business Units across Red Nucleus
- Assists with development and maintenance of marketing materials including biographies, client testimonials and other materials; proofread and edit client-facing and internal marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing team on strategy for publication and distribution of content
- Manage/facilitate the rolling client award process

**About You**
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related business field
- Excellent United States English written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ communication coordination experience supporting a United States organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong adherence to company confidentiality policies
