**Purpose**

With general supervisory direction, assist Manufacturing engineers/teams in the development of products, processes and equipment.

**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety and product quality
- Provides floor support for new product builds (e.g., troubleshoots equipment and manufacturing engineering problems)
- Collects data and performs basic statistical analysis for process characterization, Cpk, and scrap reduction goals.
- Coordinates process change (VIP, revalidation) builds, including procurement of needed components and ensuring proper documentations is followed.
- Supports equipment/fixture development from simple production aids to full automation.
- Executes and documents equipment qualifications (plans, builds, and reports).
- Assists in writing new detailed processes and implementing changes to existing documentation.
- Performs DOE/process characterization builds on production line.
- Interfaces with other departments to obtain/deliver materials and information.
- Generates new ideas for improving processes.
- Trains production trainers/operators/manufacturing technicians on new processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Technical Degree: electromechanic, electronic, Presicion or Mechanic or related
- English Level required: 40-49%
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
