**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities / Resumen de funciones y responsabilidades**:
Responsible for making modifications to the Kinaxis RapidResponse solution, enabling software users to make more informed decisions faster.

This role requires the Developer, RapidResponse Specialist to
- Work with the RapidResponse Product Owner, System Administrator, and Data Administrator to configure, maintain, and improve the RapidResponse resources and control tables, including the creation of or enhancement to either the training or solution documentation.
- Work with users to clearly define and document new and/or enhancements to existing resources to support the Hologic supply chain planning process’
- Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting resources within Kinaxis RapidResponse to support the Supply Chain functions.
- Document user stories and assist Product Owner with backlog management.
- Understand the RapidResponse data model, core analytics, and query language to be able to author profile variables, insert definitions, task flows, filters, hierarchies, processes, alerts, scripts, forms and various types of complex workbooks; composite worksheets and conditionally hidden worksheets related to
- Sales & Operations Planning
- Demand Planning
- Master Production Scheduling
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Constraints Planning
- Follow Agile software development methodology. Improve development standards, and adhere to change control, support, and governance processes.
- Work with ERP Integration personnel to improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability, and value.
- Participate in creating architecture diagrams and systems documentation that can be understood and used by business users and IS team members.
- Create value via logical and innovative solutions that solve complex problems and adhere to best practices.
- Display strong customer service orientation, commitment to professionalism, and excellent work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Detail orientation, organizational skills and high degree of accuracy
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Customer focus
- High volume orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse Application (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems; experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to logically analyze complex processes and systems.
- Self-direction with ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
