+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.

**Your Skills and Experiences **:+ High school diploma.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or currently studying that specific career.
+ Advanced English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (21wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
+ Knowledge in the Kronos tool is a plus.
