**Job Description**:
- 3M is looking for passionate and driven Patient Contact Analyst. Are you ready to be a part of what’s next?
- This position is responsible for scheduling the return of the 3M KCI rental products and completion of the Welcome Calls.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review daily the ROs in management review status. Provide feedback to team members in timely manner.-
- Support teammates with knowledge gaps, issues and others.-
- Partner to determine work priorities, assign responsibilities, support team projects and group work to ensure ongoing team success.-
- Collaborate with business stakeholders/leadership team to raise awareness of opportunities identified and suggested solutions for improvement.-
- Creating and provide ongoing trainings and team updates within customer service-related areas, such as customer inquiries, systems knowledge and/or order processing issues resolution-
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss state of the business, planned activities, perceived barriers to achieving goals any system issues or suggestions for improvement.-
- Conduct Quality Audits and escalate opportunities to the leadership team for review.-
- Implement process improvements and/or creative solutions to work processes and toolsSupport the team by taking escalated calls when needed.- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- At least one year of customer service experience.-
- High School Diploma or equivalent.-
- Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.-
- Communicate in English effectively both verbally and in written format C1.-
- Capable of multitasking and toggling through 4-5 different systems (dual screens).-
- Strong typing skills.-
- Operate independently without close supervision.-
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently-
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings.-
- Ability to move from one assigned task and contact mode to another, while maintaining a high degree of proficiency.- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with a dialer in a phone customer service environment.-
- Experience with working in an environment where daily goals are needing to be met both individually and as a team.-
- Experience using dual monitors.-
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.-
