Performs sterile packaging and prepares packaging and labeling for finished products, in keeping with regulatory and company guidelines

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tools/components received from SURG final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests
- Load tools/components and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and/or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiate equipment cycle for sanitization
- Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including issuing components in JDE, recording traceable information on device history records, and signing off on work orders.
- Package components, e.g., jars, lids, holders for autoclaving.
- Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping, deliver micro samples)

**Education and Experience**:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent no experience required Preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Full understanding of load configurations and autoclave operations for autoclaves used for sanitization of tooling and supplies
- Good communication skills, including giving and receiving feedback
- Able to read, comprehend and speak English
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision by following detailed manufacturing instructions
- Work in a Team environment, primarily work within immediate work unit and with other departments
- Strict attendance to detail and ability to comply with standards
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
