**About the role**:
DHL is hiring a Senior Billing Agent to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, it provides support and results to achieve a correct, complete and timely solution to shipments already billed. Additional tasks and requirements included, but are not limited to:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Liaise with Internal and External contacts to request and follow-up credit notes requests or other relevant information to support correct, timely and complete billing.
- To identify root causes to avoid credit notes and get reductions, ensure billing accuracy and timeliness upon receipt of shipment.
- Check and analyze recurrent errors to guide the countries to solve them.
- Produce reports to analyze the volumes and top offenders.
- Maintain and prepare data for transfer to produce accurate billing invoices/credits.
- Register relevant data in tools to monitor status of work.
- Provide and demonstrate the work done according to internal control procedures.
- Work strongly with query handling teams to identify potential risks for customers.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Fresh Graduates or currently studying Business Administration.
- Good MS Windows & Excel as an end user.
- Good knowledge of Billing guideline and policies.
- 1 - 3 years of administrative experience (experience in a SSC environment will be an added advantage).
- English written (75%) and speaking (75%) is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of IBS system and invoicing process.
- Is able to gather and structure all data and information relevant for the analysis of an issue
- Is able to communicate simple matters clearly and effectively
- Is able to understand, analyze, and document simple processes in an abstract way.
