**Job Title**: Sterilization Engineer 1

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Sterilization specialists and engineers area mainly involved in the in-house and outsource sterilization process, focus on equipment validation (Process Characterization, Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification), process validation or requalification (Performance qualification: Microbiological and Physical Qualification), investigations related to the sterilization process and be responsible to maintain the sterilization area under control, in compliance with the applicable external standards and provide support for the NPI

**You are responsible for**
- Conduct sterilization projects for cost reduction and process optimization.
- Evaluate the impact of manufacturing process change or product design changes in the current sterilization process.
- Define the strategy of sterilization for New Product Introduction.
- Leader projects related to increase the capacity of the sterilization area
- Be the sterilization SME for the Internal and External audits, and participate in the backroom during the audit.
- Provide reports for management, which include quality management review, Quality Signals dashboard, and project status
- Coordinate the tasks with other team members.
- Conduct Out of Specifications Results, Out of Tolerance, NCRs and CAPAs investigations related to the sterilization process.
- Budget preparation

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology Engineer, Chemical Analyst, Chemistry or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field or at least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Advance-intermediate English knowledge written and spoken.
- Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Statiscal and Quality Tools knowledge.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Validation Knowledge.
- Training for the Sterilization using EO desirable.
- People management training.
- Risk Managment training.
- ISO 13485 knowledge.
- Root cause analysis training.
- Knowledge in people management.
- Shift Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
