Roles and Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective work flow; improve processes and reduce discrepancies - Work with various teams (e.g. Studio, technology teams) to help drive tools and process improvements that affect Merchandising workflows - Drive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals - Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and escalations - Ensure high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization - Execute specific people programs on coaching and development and team engagement
- To Dive deep and understand different downstream systems and processes that impact customer decision.
- Identify root causes for process defects, work with category SMEs WW and Tech teams to work on implementing Corrective-Preventive Action and and identify opportunities for Automation. Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions. Use Tableau and excel to create reports by task, analyze opportunities, identify patterns and implement proactive solutions.
