**Propósito general del puesto**:
Este puesto supervisa a líderes y equipos de empleados, se encargan de determinar, planificar y evaluar el trabajo de estos. Por lo general, tienen la responsabilidad de las decisiones de compensación basada en desempeño, por medio de la preparación y realización anual del PMD de los empleados, así como de las discusiones de carrera. Los puestos gerenciales de la matriz tienen una responsabilidad significativa por la coordinación de los demás, ya sea interna o externa, comentarios influyentes sobre su evaluación del desempeño y responsabilidad por los resultados de una función organizacional.
Dirige y coordina el desarrollo de los programas y estrategias que brinda el centro de servicios compartidos en el área de contabilidad. Supervisa a otros líderes y personal que está a su cargo.
**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Liderar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos departamentales y organizacionales de forma exitosa, enfocándose en el desempeño operacional, desarrollo y correcta guía del personal a cargo.
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del equipo mediante reuniones, auditorías, reportes y controles, con el fin de garantizar que se sigan todos los procedimientos y métricas establecidas.
- Monitorear el desempeño de la operación de acuerdo con los SLAs establecidos y las métricas que son clave. Asesorar sobre planes de acción apropiados cuando sea necesario a través de procesos consistentes.
- Ejecutar las tareas administrativas relacionadas con el personal a cargo de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, desde control de asistencia, vacaciones, hasta implementación de planes de mejora entre otras.
- Evaluar y aprobar solicitudes especiales por parte de los clientes o excepciones, proporcionando orientación a los miembros del equipo en estos casos.
- Brindar soporte a los miembros del equipo, por medio de asesoría en escenarios complejos y escalaciones por parte de los clientes internos o externos.
- Revisar y brindar apoyo con las conciliaciones de las cuentas en casos muy complejos.
- Investigar, analizar y abordar los problemas complejos que se presentan con clientes, con el fin de identificar la causa raíz, asegurando que estos se resuelvan en forma completa, oportuna y evitar casos similares, a su vez establecer controles internos basados en estos casos.
- Analizar y asistir a la gerencia con los reportes de métricas, reportes financieros u otros requeridos del equipo.
- Mantener el involucramiento y la comunicación por medio de teléfono, correo electrónico, chat o cualquier otro medio, con los clientes internos y externos implicados en los procesos.
- Analizar e identificar, la necesidad de personal adecuado para que la operación fluya de manera óptima y apoyar con el proceso de contratación de acuerdo con estas necesidades.
- Velar por el comportamiento del personal, el cual debe ir ligado a políticas de la compañía, así como dar guía y acompañamiento con los planes de carrera a nível interno.
- Identificar estrategias para incrementar el compromiso y nível de satisfacción de los empleados.
- Liderar el proceso de auditorías internas y externas, manteniendo los controles de los procedimientos operativos completos y correctos, así como brindar la información solicitada.
- Brindar soporte y realizar cualquier otra solicitud que se requiera por necesidad de la empresa.
**Requisitos Básicos (indispensables)**
- Bachillerato universitario concluido en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía o afín al puesto o experiência equivalente de mínimo 6 años de experiência en el área contable/finanzas.
- 2 años de experiência con personal a cargo.
- Experiência en Shared Service Centers.
- Nível de Inglés B2+.
- Experiência en análisis, desarrollo de reportes.
- Experiência midiendo el desempeño de equipos basado en métricas.
- MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook - Excel intermedio.
- Experiência en al menos un ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards y/o Mainframe).
