** Your Role **:A Financial / Accrual Analyst’s primary role is to analyze financial data of the organization and estimate revenues and expenditures.
** Your Responsibilities**:
+Perform weekly/monthly gross margin analysis for assigned Concepts and resolve significant discrepancies or variances.
+Perform timely completion and analysis of assigned monthly account reconciliations.
+Produce and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
+Crosscheck the information provided by vendors vs the agreed rate cards and follow the escalation process.

+The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm WFH Hybrid

**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+At least High School diploma.
+Preferred bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or related field or the equivalent in experience.
+Strong problem-solving ability, comfort with MS Excel and large sets of data, ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
+Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
+Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
+Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
+Must be able to deal with high pressure situations and deadlines.
