We're searching for a Sr. Systems Engineer, reporting to the

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 architecture documentation, including disaster recovery and backup plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies and integrate new solutions as needed
- Monitor and maintain the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions, troubleshooting any issues as they arise
- Implement and manage security and compliance solutions for Microsoft 365
- Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate and streamline administrative tasks
- Develop custom Power Apps and Forms to support business processes
- Use Power BI to provide data insights and reporting for stakeholders
- Provide training and support to end users on Microsoft 365 solutions and associated technologies
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration
- Extensive experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
