**Responsibilities**:
The activities and responsibilities of the LAM Pricing & Competitive Analyst include:

- Review and prepare pricing databases, reports on a monthly basis for Price realization and/or price changes.
- Investigation, collection, and planning of competitive intelligence
- Development of product marketing intelligence strategies.
- Research and data analysis for strategic planning and business strategies.
- Mapping market trends and consumer/target industries’ behaviors.
- Pricing Intelligence.
- Continuous improvement roadmap.
- Development and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research to provide strategic inputs to related areas.
- Prepare and provide reports to Management team in a timely manner.
- Work cross functionally across product line owners, sales, industry marketing, technology, and other Emerson businesses to prioritize work for the strongest business opportunities.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in the price positioning of new products or services

**Qualifications**:

- Education:

- College graduate with degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing and with more than four years’ experience in Business Intelligence methodologies, price strategies or related field.
- MBA (Desired).
- Experience:

- Knowledge of Business Intelligence methodologies - competitivity and pricing oriented
- Have ability to plan and execute projects, with analytical thinking
- Have experience with B2B markets
- Knowledge of the Industrial Instrumentation and/or Industrial Automation market is a big plus
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience with market intelligence and pricing in B2B markets
- Power BI, Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency skills are mandatory
- Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and goal-focused skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Fluent in Portuguese (Desired)
- **Working Conditions**
- This position requires international/domestic travel (20%) for meetings with Emerson BU management team and Sales teams within the Latin America region.
