As ServiceNow Developer, you are responsible for core system configuration. Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Developing workflow customizations and supporting the Service transformation teams.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Developer at IBM, you'll work with clients to co-create solutions to major real-world challenges by using best practice technologies, tools, techniques, and products to translate system requirements into the design and development of customized systems. In your role, you will be responsible for:
Your primary responsibilities include:

- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot platform-related issues, Works on incident tickets and monitoring the third-party tool integration within ServiceNow and, responsible for scheduled jobs.
- Ensures compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.Maintains the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and security
- Perform Instance management: platform upgrades, patching on platforms, security hardening, IDR sync (Tmus to test), Instance replication, clones
- Collaborates with other IT functions, businesses and technical teams to design solutions for complex problems and understands end-to-end business processes. Conduct staff training on new procedures.
- Work closely with Product Owners to implement and designed solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+yrs of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience implementing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
- Understanding data management, data integration, and data analysis
- Hands-on development experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of the overall Servicenow platform integrations, development, implementation, integration, java script, UI policies, UI action, work flow, business rule, client script.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Integration experience through web services (SOAP and REST) and/or other technologies.
- Relationship building with business and customers.
- Active listening, negotiation, problem solving.
- Team building
