This position controls the continuum from tender planning, pricing insights, sell in and promotion, to sell out. They have direct relationship with local distributors, HCPs and procurement departments within health authorities to guarantee Sandoz’s portfolio presence in the market, operational excellence (timely and accurate execution) and boost patient access to high quality medication.

- Manage Distributors: SiT, inventories, product inclusion, tender preparation, pricing insights & co-participants of commercial strategy.
- Promotion: Visit priority therapeutical areas healthcare professionals, hospital procurement office, and other target areas that participate in the end-to-end process, until the product is administered to the patient.
- Public access strategies support and tender participation, new product inclusion, work with procurement departments to grow business and position Sandoz Portfolio
- Control and report Institutional Stock in Trade to predict demand and prepare monthly forecast.
- Push sales: From Sandoz to customer - Pull sales: Stimulate demand and secure delivery National Institutional Market understanding, including value-drivers, needs and opportunity areas.
- Stimulate demand via promotion with HCPs, maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
- Demand Planning: Collaborate with Commercial & Supply teams for national or key account level forecast.
- Commercial Execution: right product, at the right time, in the right market for the right patient
- Documentation gathering: Institutional contract, bonds, and other local requirements.
- Explore opportunities for future molecule launches with institutions and HCPs, as well as flagging and proposing future pipeline inclusions
- Hospital segmentation and elaborate call plan according to priority products and therapeutical areas
- Understanding of Pharmacovigilance policies and timely reporting of potential adverse events
- Personalized commercial strategies and value-added proposals focused on key account needs
- Contribute to relevant medical information dissemination as needed in coordination with medical or regulatory teams.
- Proactively manage the customer’s credit profile to avoid purchase orders delay, as well as prepare and submit credit notes
- Ensure appropriate communication and exemplary customer service to distributors, institutions, or related entities, including order process dates, delivery times, administrative and contractual processes, among others.
- Pricing strategy insights based on competitor’s positioning in key molecules
- Ensure the presence, positioning, and expansion of the Sandoz portfolio in the potential Key Accounts
- Actively support in the positioning of Sandoz brand as an independent company and industry leader in off-patent medications
