**YOUR TASK AND RESPONSBILITIES**
- Processing of Product Technical Complaint Cases: o Assign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information.
- Identify escalation needs and notification.
- Support the sample handling and reimbursement process.
- Create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies.
- Maintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, country quality units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly.
- Support preparation of standardized KPI reporting.
- Ensures an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures (GMPs).
- Escalate to Senior Associate, Expert or TL any deviation to the QMS and any risk of not meeting the SLA.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Engineering career student - Desirable.
- Experience in medical/pharmaceutical background GMP environment - Desirable.
- Professional experience in similar processes - Desirable.
- Advanced English, Spanish level both written and spoken. Portuguese desirable.
- Ability to use the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency usage of Microsoft Office Package.
- Customer focus, highly oriented to handle complex processes.
- Ability to participate in teleconferences with an international context.
