The Billing Administrator creates, compiles, computes and records basic figures and statistics related to billing. Besides some clerical functions related to billing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processes client orders for invoicing.
- Creates debit memos.
- Reviews for freight charges and updates as needed.
- Researches and resolves client billing issues as needed to support Collections Team.
- Creates and runs routine reports upon request.
- Onboards and manages customers for Matthew’s billing documents portal.
- Monitors advance payment orders and ensures prepayments are processed.
- Processes credit memos to customer accounts.
- Uploads invoices to 3rd party portals and manages electronic billing including flat files.

**Requirements**:

- Studies in accounting, administration or related field
- English Advanced
- 1 year of experience in similar positions
- Experience in billing, invoicing, or a related financial role
- Experience in reporting
- Experience working with SAP ERP, 3rd party billing portals
- Profiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet Applications
- Soft skills: action oriented, collaborate, effective communication, decision quality, customer focus and self-motivated
- Availability to travel to **La Lima, Cartago**
