**About the role**:
As a **Mid. Software Developer**, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Proactive and diligent problem solving with an eye towards innovative solution design.
- Work with various teams in the organization to ensure appropriate project requirements are met.
- Mentor entry level Software Associates on technology and product practices.
- Drive quality through active code reviews, mentoring, and automation.
- Engage in process improvements for the broader team.
- Demonstrate project leadership capabilities.

**Our Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Expertise in the following: REACT, C#, LINQ, SQL.
- Experience with.NET Framework.
- Clear understanding of software development practices and lifecycles (Agile experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented concepts.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Self-reliant and motivated self-starter.
- Project and task oriented with a focus on details.
- Ability to work well within group or individually on projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
