**Quality Engineer (Hybrid)**

**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Quality Engineer, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent required.
- Strong Automation testing knowledge and skills (Selenium, Java, Maven, Cucumber, Git, and Jenkins)
- Strong experience on Mobile web app experience, NodeJS, Typescript, WebDriver IO
- Good knowledge on Test Metrics, Test planning and Quality maturity - Good knowledge in SQL and UNIX commands
- Exposure to TDD & Behavior Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
- Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology
- Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools
- Knowledge about Linux environment (Nice to have)
- Experience in any DB (Nice to have)
- Certification (Good to have): Selenium WebDriver, Core Java
- English C1
- Full time (8h)

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Experience in automated execution using Automation tools.
- Progress reporting and risk assessments
- Proficient in different phases of testing like Functional, E2E, Regression and Integration Testing
- Identify code optimization area to make execution faster.
- Automation feasibility analysis / Automation test plan
- Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
