Buscamos incorporar un **Delivery Engineer** especialista en productos de la nube de Microsoft para incorporar en nuestro equipo.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Será responsable de la entrega e implementación de soluciones para clientes externos basadas en tecnologías de Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Participar en actividades con el fin de identificar los problemas y necesidades de los clientes.
- Llevar a cabo las actividades técnicas que permitan la implementación de soluciones requeridas por los clientes.
- En ocasiones debe colaborar en el proceso comercial, apoyando en el momento de la preventa y el cierre de ventas, determinando en conjunto con el cliente la solución que se debe aplicar en el proyecto.
**REQUERIDO**
- Experiência de al menos dos años en puestos similares.
- Experiência en entrega e implementación de productos y tecnologías de Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Power Platform).
- Experiência en configuración de características de Seguridad relacionadas con Office 365 (ATP, MIP, DLP, MFA, SSPR, Intune, Bitlocker, Defender).
- Experiência en migraciones desde plataformas en premisas a la nube, o de nube a nube.
- Buen entendimiento de software e infraestructura empresarial.
- Nível de inglés básico - intermedio (lectura, documentación técnica).
- Disponibilidad para apoyo a clientes en ventanas de mantenimiento fuera de horario.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo para autoaprendizaje en tecnologías de nube y su respectiva certificación.
**DESEABLE**
- Contar con algunas o todas las siguientes certificaciones:
- Microsoft 365 Identity and Services.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate.
- Contar con certificaciones de soluciones de las nubes de Amazon y/o Google.
- Experiência previa utilizando CloudHealth.
