Requisitos:
5-7 years graphic design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field preferred.
Actividades a realizar:

- Responsible for conceptualizing and designing high-quality graphic assets for digital and print media channels, following internal clients requirements and specifications.
- Develop new creative concepts and create imaginative design materials in line with brand guidelines and internal clients requirements and briefs, providing drafts as well as production-ready artwork.
- Be able to define strategy and handle creative projects from beginning end, effectively pitch creative ideas for new designs, and follow creative and art direction when implementing design edits on their proposals.
- Maintain a backup archive of design assets and source files of each design task in order and following a consistent naming convention.
- Develop and follow branding, help establish branding guidelines that ensure the integrity and consistency of brand identity in

all design materials, and help create templates and styles for other designers to use.
- Have a leadership responsibility within the designers, working as a mentor by sharing knowledge and giving

feedback to other designers to improve on visual design approach, graphic techniques, creativity and design layouts.
- Develop new creative concepts and create imaginative design materials in line with brand guidelines and internal clients requirements and briefs, providing drafts as well as production-ready artwork.

Qualifications / Skills:

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator required; InDesign and After Effects a plus).
- Strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
- Knowledge in the graphic production process, both in Print and Web.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
