At this role you will be a Graphic Designer will play a key role reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, the designer will work closely with our marketing team and be responsible for the creation of all GFT Canada visual materials.

**A Day in this Role**:

- Design the tools and visuals needed by the sales and marketing teams (presentation, service offer, template, white paper, etc.).
- Manage all visual content for the various local and global campaigns, both to promote GFT Canada's expertise and our employer brand.
- Participate in the development of social media strategies and produce visuals that will be broadcast through the various digital channels.
- Develop innovative visuals and graphic concepts while following established GFT standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure visual consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

**The Expertise Requested**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as PowerPoint.
- Be creative and have an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team and be ready to collaborate with different departments and colleagues from other countries.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
