**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller (RFC) for North America (NAM), the role will be responsible primarily for the Services & Delivery P&L, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and partnering with the Regional Services Director and his key direct reports Area Service Managers, Client Engagement Manager & Resourcing Manager. This person will support the RFC in all aspects of Finance and Accounting for NAM, and ensure that internal controls and group policies are applied so as to ensure that our companies’ assets are protected and adequately monitored.

**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will work closely, build, and develop a relationship with the Regional Services Director and Services Operations team
- You will be a finance representative in the regional services project management review meetings and ensure relevant financial/business issues are actioned
- You will prepare a Delivery scorecard on a monthly basis, including actuals journal entries, variance analysis, and revenue, cost and cash forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
- You will prepare an analysis on project profitability and capacity planning to enable decision-making or help understand business drivers. Closely manage headcount expense and external contractor cost to meet regional targets
- You will support regional controllers on project accounting, forecasting, and preparation of project control pack
- You will prepare Revenue Recognition sheets & memos for services projects
- You will be managing the external and Internal audit of services P&L and process controls
- You will ensure compliance to group internal controls and financial policies
- You will participate in ad-hoc projects as required by region or group finance

**SKILLS**
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- You should have FP&A and/or financial accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company in the IT/Software Business environment
- You should have IFRS / Gaap Knowledge especially relating to IT industry
- You should have ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-cultural environment. Work independently but also as part of a team
- You should have strong organizational skills and time management skills
- You should have strong communication skills, oral and written. Proven ability to build remote relationships and influence confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
