Associate, ID & Profile Management

**Job Description**:
This profile supports ID creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Associate, WFM Reporting is responsible for obtaining, distributing, profiling Agent. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publish weekly reports and analysis.
- Support ID creation, deactivation & profile changes.
- Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes
- Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both Concentrix

**Desired Skills**:

- Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
- Detail-oriented
