**Objective**

Be part of the team responsible for day-to-day management of the dCloud environment. You will provide operational and technical engineering support for the implementation, testing, integration, interoperability, and sustainment of information technologies comprising Cisco dCloud. You will work directly with AWS.

**Hard skills**
- Full schedule flexibility (must).
- English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High proficiency level (85% >) (must).
- Working knowledge of container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Desirable: 2 years of work experience in Systems/Infrastructure/Cloud/DevOps Engineering.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain our existing toolsets and align with best practices for deploying VPCs, EC2 instances, Kubernetes clusters and related services.
- Maintain, improve and evolve cloud operations and SRE capabilities to include backup planning, disaster recovery, reliability, compliance, scalability, observability, performance management, and cost management.
- Ensure security best practices are followed to maintain ongoing compliance with Cisco Infosec requirements in an automated fashion.
- Manage/Support Kubernetes environments.
